It’s that time of the week again

Momma Go Round
It’s a way for me to have accountability and to actually get “dressed” every most days.
And by most days, i don’t mean the day I took this first outfit picture!
what can I say, a girl likes to be comfy!
pink hoodie – motherhood (ha i love my old nursing shirts!)
gray yoga capri – target
Next up we have church Vacation Bible school uniform~
The purple shirt.
I had to wear this shirt 3 times in one week
We were asked not to alter the shirts
what does a craft girl do?
make statement necklaces for each day
I made a yellow one, a purple one and a gray one!
purple shirt- church provided
gray capri – old navy
gray necklace: SimplyCreated
wet spot- courtesy of just doing dishes!
It’s finally gettin’ hot out here
I was playing in the yard with the kids but did not want a funky tan line
so I threw on by bathing suit top with my shorts.

bathing suit top – kohls / refashion by me
shorts – dots
flip flops – old navy
Here is a before of the bathing suit top.
I liked it but needed it to be a little more mom friendly!
the refashion…

what I did was cut off the straps
and then cut apart a girls (prob size 10/12 bathing suit top…)
I got the kids bathing suit at goodwill for like $1.00
like this one…
I cut off the straps and added them to my suit so now it’s a haulter
I also cut off one side of the triangle top
I sewed it into my top up side down
so that the bottom now goes across the top
making the suit mom approved,
I can now feel comfortable bending down chasing a little one.
I used some scraps of the kid suit to make a ruffle flower embellishment!
Hubby gave me a gift card to target
and this is what I got
a little dress that I love…
dress – target
white tank – limited 2 from friends garage sale
black leggings – kohls
necklace – simplycreated
ring – simplycreated

earrings – crystelle chic

earring and necklace close up…
Do you have any refashions to share with us this week?
leave a link in the comments and I do a post on it next week!
