For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes… Romans 1:16
she is living, she is learning, she is understand her need for a savior and her need for repentance. She is learning to die to self.
she is accepting the gospel of grace, the way it affects her thinking and the she lives.
she is you, she is me
realizing we are sinners saved only by God’s mercy, helps us become more patient with other sinners.
realizing we have been forgiven an epic sized debt, we become more forgiving. understanding and appreciating the grace shown us, the more gracious we become toward others. We start to see the need for forgiveness in others and ourselves. we need to continue to look to God for the inner strength to forgive, and the desire to forgive. this is not something that happens over night, it’s a learning process, something that takes time to develop.
we need to seek God to change not only what we do, but who we are and how we think and what we value.
a gospel-centered life is when everything we do, think, speak, and live out is drastically transformed by God’s grace, which is given through Jesus.
