MOPS is amazing…

I get so fired up each week when it’s a MOPS week. This week was extra special. I was asked to help decorate the room last night and it was so much fun.
The Girls planned this fun birthday party, a birthday party for everyone’s birthday. They had balloons, cakes, games, prizes, and more. It was a blast.
I loved listening to our amazing mentor mom Margie speak. She brought to our attention all things we use to create a birthday party celebration are so easily related to God. For example gifts, we buy gifts for parties and God gave us the gift us is Son, we get goodie bags filled with treasures and God provides many treasures in our lives, we buy balloons that float, we are filled with the Holy Spirit and so on. Thanks again Margie.
We played a really fun game where each group had to decorate a cake. My team won 2nd place..Go Star Gazers!!

SO I have decided that I would start to journal all my morning prayers. I think this will keep me accountable and I will be able to see how I grow as a woman of prayer. I look forward to this new adventure. Sometimes I wish I had 6 hours a day just to sit here and type all things in my head and all the fun ideas that I have.

I wish all of you a blessed and glorious day…

Here’s to almost being 30 years old. For those of you who don’t know my birthday is Sunday and I will be 28? Yeah 28…Most people dread turning 30 but I can not wait. Anything under 30 sounds young to people and I don’t always like being looked at as so young so when I can say I am in my 30’s people may take me a little more serious and then when I turn 40 I will tell everyone again that I am 30 and it will be a ongoing cycle!!
Hug a little one closer today and let them know you love them.

Isaiah 64:8 (New Living Translation)

And yet, O Lord, you are our Father.
We are the clay, and you are the potter.
We all are formed by your hand.
