It’s time to start planning my little girls bedroom makeover now that we finally have a move in date for our new house.
My daughter is 7 and of course would love a Frozen or Disney princess room but I am not about to change her room again in just a few years. Plus let’s be honest I do not like character themed rooms.
I love a neutral wall with fun bedding and accents. Thankfully my daughter can easily be convinced of my ideas for her room. Anything sounds great when you say it in a high voice with a giant smile on your face!
For her birthday I bought her coral bedding for her bunk-beds.
I already knew I would be painting each kids room a light gray (even if they disagree, sorry mom wins)
I thought teal would look great with her coral and grey and then thought I’d add in pink from her last room as another accent color. That’s really how I came up withe the perfect color pallet for a grown up room for Lennie.
I plan on painting her wood dresser white with gold accents, or a coral ombre …

Which do you like better?
That’s as far as my brain can plan until we see her bed and dresser in the room.
Do you have any other ideas or suggestions?
