layered bean dip you ask…

I am not much of a recipe sharing kind of gal.
because let’s be honest here…
I am not a good cook.
As my husband once stated. “less than average”
I can however bake with the elite

Layered bean Dip
Ingredients/supplies needed:
A jelly roll pan / baking pan with sides
2-3 cans refried beans
taco sauce (optional)
1 1/2 – 2 16oz tubs of sour cream
taco seasoning
12-16 oz shredded cheese
green onions
diced tomato
spread the beans into the bottom of the pan.
I ended us using 2 1/2 cans.
My hubby likes his beans!

* if you are going to use taco sauce spread desired amount on top of bean layer *

next mix sour cream and taco seasoning in a medium bowl.
I only used 1 1/2 tubs of sour cream for this batch.
I mixed 1 1/2 packets of taco seasoning into the sour cream.

Now shred your cheese (or use pre-shredded)

I shredded and used this entire 16ox block of cheese
hubby also loves cheese!
Sprinkle on top of sour cream mixture.

Now you need to dice your tomatoes and green onions

I have slightly picky eating friends
so there was a science on how I added my toppings
a little section for everyone!

~Easy peasy lemon squeezy~
