Homemade granola bars…

If you are like me you LOVE Quaker granola bars..

But the price is not my friend, especially with 3 kids . Most boxes are gone in 1 day.
I need a more affordable solution.

I have been pinning some granola bar recipes and have actually tried out a few..

My favorite recipe is a “semi-healthy” one.

I made these with less sugar, less butter and added flax seed, chi seed, and wheat germ…

I also doubled the recipe and made a full cookie sheet of them..
okay we have made this recipe 3 times and i can not stop eating them.

I also like this recipe but changed a few things..

I used butter not oil, no nuts, and butter scotch chips instead of chocolate.
Along with chi seed, flax seed, and wheat germ.

My next quick snack for the kids are these personal sized baked oatmeal

For realz friends I recommend the homemade bars ..

if you have tried them let me know?
Have your recipe I can link to please share..
