Here and There…

Today was such an entertaining day. We started out our morning early with some homework before school with Hailey. That was not the fun part but I was trying to be a nice mom this week and let her have a weekday play date. Lesson learned! Homework before weekday play!…UGH!
After we dropped Hailey off to school we headed out for a morning play date. Amy is such a great host. She had sweet snacks including these homemade chocolate covered pretzels. I mean really, they look store bought, they are so pretty. We always have such an enjoyable time with our regular playgroup. Lots of kids and they all play so well together. But the Mom’s, well they play perfect together. We play so well together I think we need a group name. That way I can refer to the group without naming each person. Not sure what our “name” should be, but it should be something a little spicy, straight forward all wrapped with love. I will start working on that.
I can not believe how big Johan is getting already. He is as tall as Addison, which in reality does not mean much I guess because she is so small short. Love that little guy.
After the play date we headed straight to school to enjoy Braedon’s Holiday gingerbread house making party, umm that’s a mouth full!  We had a great time. He did such an outstanding job decorating his house too. I even forced my self to stay stood back and watched, because usually I am directing the craft for him. We are so blessed to have such wonderful teachers this year.
Time for naps, cleaning the house, picking up big kids from school and downloading pictures, all while cataloging crafts in my mind that I still need to make.
Until then…
