Grand Rapids Antiques Market

Last weekend my daughter and I were able to enjoy a fun mother daughter date day at the Grand Rapids Antiques Market.
We had fun taking our time walking slowly up and down the aisles checking out everything that was available.

Let’s first be honest about something.
There is a lot of weird stuff for sale at antique markets.
Those porcelain dolls for one thing. Ahhh

Thankfully there was so much pretty stuff to look at.
My daughter fell in love with every jewelry booth.
We love that each piece has a story and the new owner would just be another chapter in that story.

Our favorite booth to look at was full of Christmas greens.

This booth literally had everything you need for a rustic Christmas theme.
Flannels, antlers, giant pine cones, mini pine trees, boxwood wreaths, burlap candy canes, barn wood Santa signs

Another booth had the coolest little trees.
They were in small pots and trimmed to the cutest shapes.
I wanted one of each.

I even spied Liz Marie doing some shopping while we were at the event.
And yes, I stared and didn’t stop and say hi!
Frank and I ended our afternoon by checking out a few thrift stores and eating at a local restaurant for dinner.
