there are so many lies we encounter about who she is. we shared a few lies about what the world thinks of her last week. and today i want to look into lies that Satan fills out heads with. Lies that can become a stumbling block and prevent us from sharing the gospel with others. let’s look in the bible and see what God says about those lies. lets fight off those ugly feelings we get when satan whispers hate in our ears. we have Jesus on our side, who can stand against us now?
God says she is not:
out of range of salvation and redemption.
truth: Hebrews 9:12 (NLT) With his own blood—not the blood of goats and calves—he entered the Most Holy Place once for all time and secured our redemption forever.
Ephesians 1:7 (NIV) In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.

the master controller of her life.
truth: Isaiah 55:8-9 (NCV) The Lord says, “My thoughts are not like your thoughts. Your ways are not like my ways. Just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.

to live in shame forever.
truth: Psalm 34:5 (NLT) Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces.

given a gift that is later confiscated.
truth: Romans 11:29 (NCV) God never changes his mind about the people he calls and the things he gives them.
to be fearful or weary about the purpose he has given her.
truth: Philippians 1:6 (NIV) being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

given a passion with out a way to use it.
truth: Romans 12:6 (NCV) We all have different gifts, each of which came because of the grace God gave us. The person who has the gift of prophecy should use that gift in agreement with the faith.
