I am joining Jeannett in share little snippets of week via Instagram photos. Since I only have an iPad and not an iPhone I can’t take pictures of everything during our day, it would look a little bit silly to bust out an iPad at the grocery store to show my kid throwing a fit right? lol
Moving on to my instagram recap!
This was my whole week, loads and loads of laundry! I felt like it was never going to end, but the kids cleaned their rooms and magically all their clothes ended up in the laundry shoot. We worked through and everyone did their part, tears were shed and arguments were had, but all the laundry was washed, dried, folded and put away. I call that a win! until the next day when they changed their clothes and created more laundry, is there a way off this hamster wheel?
sometimes to change it up we will watch a movie on the computer, okay really i just needed to use my iPad but they do not need to know that! Seriously, how cute are they sharing a chair!
My daughter inherited this piano. She is so excited to learn to play. i found her watching you-tube videos and teaching her self on day one! crazy technology! Anyone else see a DIY must here? I thought so. still trying to narrow down a paint color for her, yes i deemed it a girl! I think her name shall be Harmony!
my son received a DIY craft book as a belated Christmas gift, and was eager to start using it. His first craft of choice was to turn an old shoe box into a treasure chest! Not to sound like i am bragging but i am pretty proud of how it turned out!
If you wait until after kids have eaten breakfast, you can be sneaky and make yourself pancakes. Since my crohn’s does not care for syrup, I like to smother mine in butter and brown sugar!
I am pretty sure I am not the only mom that was running out of ideas this week due to a crazy amount of snow days. EEEK. I was pulling out the big guns after being locked inside for 4 days. We made Gak, full of glitter of course! recipe to come soon. If you are impatient search pinterest!
I joined in with women nationwide, to go without makeup for one day in order to start a dialogue about healthy body image and inner-beauty. It was out of my comfort zone but showed my kids that you do not need make up to be beautiful!
Last by NOT least. Look what came in the mail this week. My Plum Paper planner. EEEK. I am so excited to start using it. I may be a little OCD and will not start writing in it without have coordinating markers!
See you next week friends! Have a safe and WARM weekend!
