Friday Coffee date… prayer for salvation

coffee date

enter large sigh….
Hello my sweet friend.
I am so glad you are here.
go ahead and grab your self something to drink…
I have coffee, tea, and frozen fruit smoothies.

Friend remember last week when I shared that my grandpa passed away?
Well today my other grandpa is heading home form the hospital in the care of hospice.
It’s been a really rough week for our family, and and all prayers are greatly coveted.

Before we chat let’s pray.
Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before you in the name of Jesus. Lord so much weighs on my heart today. I know my Grandpa T is with you now and for that I am eternally grateful. Lord, it breaks my heart to know there are so many that do not know you, or think they know you. Lord I pray that their hearts would be open to hearing the truth as you have written it. That your Word would fill them and they would come to know you father. I know Lord that some of them are reading this right now. I know that they want to badly to be your child. So Lord I pray that as they read this they will pray this prayer with me, a prayer asking you to to be their Savior.

Lord I know I’m a sinner and that without you I am lost.  I need your forgiveness. Forgive me for my sins, for the sins I’ve committed against others, and help me to forgive those that have sinned against me. I believe that you sent your Son, Jesus, to die on the cross, that He rose again 3 days later, and that He is coming back for me and I am now willing to turn from my sin. You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved. I accept your gift of salvation, and ask that you come into my heart and be my Savior. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me all the blessings promised in your Word and those that you want to give to me. Help me to live for you from this day on.  Thank you Jesus for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins.  Lord Jesus transform my life so that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself. Thank you Father for sending your Son. Thank you Jesus for saving me and being my personal Savior.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Friend if you prayed that prayer today would you email me or message me. ( I would love to celebrate with you and to try and answer any questions you might have.
