Fat Friday coming at you!

It’s time for another round of Fat Friday!
So far I have noticed this weekly post gets very little if any traffic.
almost never any comment love 
and not ONE link up yet.
But hey who cares?  {I do }
I guess it means that I can continue my weight loss journey in private 
no one will even notice if I gain a lot little here and there!  
ok sorry about that.
My Pity Party is now over.
On to the celebration
I lost 1.8 pounds this week.
Bringing my digits to an even 140.0
I am still right on the border for being overweight based on my BMI.
I have yet to start a workout routine yet.
Now that the crud has left
I am hoping to kick it into gear next week!

  1. I’m ashamed to post because instead of trying to keep with the weightloss program I started, I let the scale intimidate me and I bought a big bag of jubejubes yesterday. But… I also bought a tub of yogurt the healthy kind so that I wouldn’t feel that bad at the checkout counter. Sad, so sad. Maybe I should stop by here more often for encouragement! I’m jealous you lost pounds and I didn’t… want some jubejubes?

  6. I read it & cheer you on (silently, apparently) every week! And then I laugh when I think about joining in because I’m gaining weight, and even though I know I’m supposed to be doing so, it’s still not something I like to think about. Until I convince myself it’s ALL the baby. 🙂

  11. Good job! I’m on my second week of weight watchers.The first week I lost 2.5 lbs. I figure since I’m done having kids it’s time to get serious! I still have not done any excercise, I HATE excercise! What program are you on?
