A little muffin that won’t be adding to your "muffin top"… and a {discount }

If you are like me you crave baked goods!
I mean really crave baked goods!
I need chocolate like most people need air.
If I don’t have candy bars, Hershey kisses, cookies or brownies
I resort to my usual staples
chocolate chips or Hershey syrup.
No more wondering where the spare tire and muffin top came from!

Every now and then I try and make a recipe
that is healthy so when I eat 3-4 x the serving size
I only feel a little guilty.
One of my favorite recipes
is one I found on a weight watchers message board
Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
1 Spice Cake mix (use just dry mix, DO NOT prepare mix as directed on box)
1 15 oz can pumpkin
2 C chocolate chips (or whole bag if you are like me)
1/2-1 cup water
Preheat oven to 375*
grease muffin pan
Mix ingredients together
fill muffin pan 2/3 full
Bake 15-20 minutes, until tooth pick comes out clean

you can substitute the spice cake for devils food and get these chocolaty beauties!

Enjoy and get your bake-on!

  1. Get it away! lol I love these! so yummmmyyy!

  2. YUM! This is one of my favorite recipes! I’ve never added water to mine, I wonder if that makes them less dense than they always turn out for me.

  3. Lol, love the title of this post! Those look yummy! Do you know how many point they are?

  4. I’m drying the tears of joy from my eyes after reading this. Can I give you a big hug for posting the recipe.

My muffin top is like a bad habit I just can’t quit. I’ve got to do something soon before spring arrives and I have to ditch the coat that covers it all up nicely but I love snacks so I’m giving those muffins a whirl!
