a dress refashion:

I found a dress at a local thrift store that was brand new. It still had the target tags on it. I was super excited because it was a size 3X. Yes you heard me 3X. I hoped knew this would be too big for me but I also knew I could make it fit me.
I have added a few pictures to show you my dress refashion. 
A full tutorial will come soon.
I added a silk flower and used scraps to make a ruffle detail.
I added a ruffle to the bottom of the skirt because it seemed to plain at first. 
 Yes I know…the face. I hate being in front of the camera!
